CHARACTERISTICS

• Very effective bleach and disinfecting agent.
• Contain peracetic acid (PAA) and hydrogen peroxide as active ingridients.
• Approved disinfection even at 45°C against bacterium (incl. terrae), funguses (Candida, Aspergillus, Trichophyton), viruses.
• Decomposition products are rapidly and totally degradable.
• Extra low foam formation.
• Easily pumpable.
• Very effective even in case of high concentration of iron and another transition metal ions.
• Gives a possibility to reduce washing temperature and duration of programs (energy efficiency).
• Manufactured in accordance to ecology regulation acts of EU, Russian Federation and China.

COMPOSITION

1. Hydrogen peroxide (>30%);
2. Peracetic acid (6-10%);
3. Acetic acid;
4. Stabilizers;
5. Water.

SHELF LIFE

12 months, storage in closed containers in dry place. Protect from sunlight. Approx. temp. +5 – +30°С (41 – 86°F).

Federal certificate of disinfecting action RU.77.99.88.002.Е.002847.06.17, instruction on application of disinfecting agent #01-17 from 25.05.2017, issued by Russian Federation Science Research Institute of Disinfectology and Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing.

APPLICATION

• Color bed linen: 2,0-5,0 ml/kg, temp. 40-60ºС;
• White bed linen, terry clothes: 2,0 – 5,0 ml/kg, temp. 40 – 70ºС;
• Restaurant linen, working clothes: 4,0 – 5,0 ml/kg, temp. 60 – 70ºС;
• White restaurant linen, extremal dirty: 5,0 – 8,0 ml/kg, temp. 65 – 75ºС.

Use PLEX Crystalwhite Premium for adjust appropriate level of pH (at least 2,5 ml for 1 kg of calculating capacity).

RESTRICTIONS OF USE

• Carrying out preliminary testing procedures of action this bleach agent on fibres and colour in case of delicate linen and linen with low degree of dyes fixation;
• Direct contact with zippers, buttons and metallic yarns could lead to decoloration;
• Don’t use for garments with light-reflecting elements;
• For 100% polyamide garments dosage can’t be higher than 5 ml/kg calculating capacity!

PRECAUTIONS

Product has strong odour of PAA, DO NOT INHALE!

• Use safety gloves, protect your eyes!
• Strongly recommend for using with automatically dosing systems;
• Do not use another bleaching agents!
• Do not return any of the products to the container;
• Use only plastic and stainless-steel containers for storage;
• Protect from contamination.
