High effective prespotting and pre-brushing agent for dry cleaning in Cyclosiloxane D5
CHARACTERISTICS
- Special pre-spotting agent for Cyclosiloxane D5 solvent. Also can be used in PERC and hydrocarbon (KWL) solvents.
- Excellent pigment dirt and odour absorbing characteristics.
- Does not contain volatile organic substances (VOC).
- Prevent to solvent contamination in appropriate using.
COMPOSITION
- Nonionic surfactants (>30%);
- Glycols (15-30%);
- Anionic surfactants (5-15%);
- Aliphatic hydrocarbons.
SHELF LIFE
24 months, storage in closed containers in dry place. Protect from sunlight. Approx. temp. +5 – +40°С (41 – 104°F).
APPLICATION
Spray or brush undiluted agent onto extremely dirty areas (sleeves, hems, collar, underarms, pockets) and allow maintain approx. 10 minutes before treatment in cleaning machine (cyclosiloxane D5, PERC or KWL).
Normally is used undiluted for heavily soiled garments.
For very delicate items agent can be mixed to ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 with Cyclosiloxane D5.
Decoloration process has to be tested with a white cotton cloth, soaked with the pre-brushing agent. In case of that the cotton was coloured after carefully rubbing the garment, do not prebrush.
Intensive coloured very delicate textiles such as silk, viscose, micro-fibres or acetate and should not be pre-brushed.
Recommended to use PLEX DryCleaner GE as detergent for dosing into dry-cleaning machine (with cyclosiloxane solvent)
Take care about correct adjustment of solvent distillation procedure (pressure and temperature)!!! There is picture on the next page with dependence of cyclosiloxane boiling point (°С) on pressure (torr). Medium line indicates best parameters for distillation.
