CHARACTERISTICS

COMPOSITION
- Nonionic surfactants (>30%);
- Glycols (15-30%);
- Anionic surfactants (5-15%);
- Cationic surfactants (5-15%);
- Corrosion inhibitor;
- Water.
SHELF LIFE
24 months, storage in closed containers in dry place. Protect from sunlight. Approx. temp. +5 – +40°С (41 – 104°F).
APPLICATION
Dosage in single-bath or two-bath (on 2nd bath stage) procedure:
1,5 – 2,0 ml per litre solvent with pre-brusching procedures.
3,0 – 5,0 ml per litre solvent without pre-brusching procedures.
Depending on the sensitivity of garments the cleaning time should be from 2 to 4 minutes.
Look after quality of solvent and distillation process. Change copper parts with water circulation in time. Use PLEX agents in full in order to maintain appropriate solvent pH-level, low foam formation, corrosion inhibition and prevent biological contamination.
PRECAUTIONS
- Use safety gloves, protect your eyes!
- Do not allow, when detergent has directly contact with delicate textiles before the solution is pumped up in the drum.
- It is not suitable for applying by brush.
- In case of doubt check decoloration and moisture sensitivity of the textile before using this detergent and before beginning the process.
