CHARACTERISTICS

• Prevents water, oil and other liquids from penetrating the textiles.
• Particularly suitable for first time finishing or refinishing of sportswear and rainwear, protective clothing in industries for stain protection on outer clothing.
• Has low drying temperature.
• Breathability and water vapor transport of the textiles are not influenced by the finishing.
• Can be used also in spray-process.

Maximal effect can be reached with pH level between 4,5 and 5,5 (e.g. using acetic acid or PLEX Stiro Acid C).

COMPOSITION

1. Water;
2. Fluorocarbon resins;
3. Stabilizers.

SHELF LIFE

12 months, storage in closed containers in dry place. Protect from sunlight. Approx. temp. +5 – +40°С (41 – 104°F). This product can lose properties after freezing.

APPLICATION

• Cotton: 20,0 – 30,0 ml/kg, soaking at 30°С (86°F), 5-7 min (spinning at 700-800 RPM), drying 5 – 7 min at 80°С (176°F), then maintain recommended drying temperature for the garment;
• Blended fabric: 20,0 – 30,0 ml/kg, soaking at 30°С (86°F), 5-7 min (spinning at 700-800 RPM), drying 5 – 7 min at 80°С (176°F), then maintain recommended drying temperature for the garment;
• Synthetic: 20,0 – 30,0 ml/kg, soaking at 30°С (86°F), 5-7 min (spinning at 700-800 RPM), drying 5 – 7 min at 80°С (176°F), then maintain recommended drying temperature for the garment.

* Second treatment: 5 – 7 ml per 1 kg calc. capacity of washing extractor.

* For pH-level adjustment: adding PLEX Stiro Acid C (3 ml/kg) in liquor.

Recovery of water and oil repellency can be realized only for 80% garments. It depends on    distance between fibres and type of braiding.
